We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the UAE.

Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days after processing and shipping, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may experience delays.

Important Notes:

• We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing their complete and accurate address. Please ensure you include the city or emirate, district name, street name, villa number, building name, and apartment number.

We do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to exchange rings that do not fit or items that don't meet your expectations.

To initiate an exchange, please ensure the item(s) are returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order, in their original packaging.

For assistance with the exchange process, feel free to contact us via email or directly through WhatsApp.

Please note:

• We do not offer a pickup service for returns. Since we work with a third-party delivery company, return shipping must be arranged and handled by the customer.
• Customer responsibility: All return shipping costs, as well as the cost to ship the replacement item, are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping costs: While we offer free shipping on all original orders, shipping costs for exchanges are not covered.

If you used Tabby as your payment method, please note:

• We do not offer refunds or returns, even for orders paid with Tabby. Only exchanges are accepted under our standard policy.
• Your original Tabby installment plan will continue as scheduled, even if the item is exchanged.
• If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid using credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.
• If the new item is less expensive, we will provide a store credit for the difference. Refunds are not offered.
• All delivery costs related to exchanges (return shipping and delivery of the new item) must be paid using credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.
• Tabby is not accepted for any exchange-related payments or shipping fees.
