Orders
I Didn't Receive My Order Confirmation
You may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us your full name, postcode, and a working email so we can locate your order.
My Order Hasn't Been Dispatched Yet
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking will be sent once shipped. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 5 days.
I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address
Contact us immediately.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot reroute it, and refunds are not available for incorrect addresses.

Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide an exchange. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. UAE orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days after shipping.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Purchase?
Once an order is placed, we can only modify it before shipment. Please contact us immediately if you need changes.

Can I Apply More Than One Coupon?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. We automatically applied the discount at checkout.

I Received a Damaged or Faulty Item
Please take clear photos of the item and packaging and contact us (through our WhatsApp or email) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photos are required for claims.
Do You Offer Custom Orders?
Currently, we do not offer customizations or made-to-order pieces.
