No Refunds or Returns

We only accept exchanges, as per our store policy
This applies to all customers, including those who use Tabby at checkout.

How Exchanges Work with Tabby
If you wish to exchange an item purchased using Tabby, here’s what you need to know:
Your Tabby plan continues as normal

Your original installment plan remains active and cannot be changed or cancelled by us.

You will continue to make your scheduled payments for the original order.
If the new item is more expensive

The price difference must be paid using credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.

Tabby is not accepted for exchange-related payments.
If the new item is less expensive

We will issue a store credit for the price difference.

No refunds are provided, even if you paid with Tabby.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges

We offer FREE shipping on your original order across the UAE.

For exchanges, all shipping costs (return + re-delivery) are the responsibility of the customer.

These must also be paid via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.

Tabby cannot be used to pay for shipping charges.
