Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within UAE.
* Please note, all additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer free shipping on all orders, but in the case of returns or exchanges, the customer must cover the shipping costs for returning the item and for shipping the new item.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days after processing and shipping.
Delivery times to remote areas within the UAE may vary. For remote areas, we follow the list from Emirates Post: Remote Area List.
Service Providers
For deliveries within Dubai, we use Porter.
For all other emirates within the UAE, we use Emirates Post.
**Please note: We use a third-party delivery service, and Cash on Delivery is not accepted.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
- For deliveries via Porter, tracking updates are provided through WhatsApp only. If the customer does not have a registered WhatsApp contact, we may switch to an alternative third-party shipping provider.
- For Emirates Post, tracking information is sent via both WhatsApp and email (if provided by the customer).
Please note that we do not communicate via iMessage or SMS.
Estimated Delivery Time Disclaimer
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or logistical issues. Customers will be notified if there are any delays with their orders.
Address Change Policy
It is not possible to change the delivery address once the shipment is in transit. If the customer wishes to change the delivery address, the request must be made before the delivery process begins.

Security
We take the utmost care to ensure the security of your packages during transit.
Claims
All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage cases seldom occur. If you receive a damaged product, please take photos of the packing and damaged items and contact us immediately.
Digital photos are necessary for our damage claims. Proof must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If we are not contacted within 24 hours of receiving the goods, we will not accept any claims.
Returned Package
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details and checking your local postal regulations, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted in specific areas.
Please check the delivery status in a timely manner. If the package arrives locally, you can contact your local post office.
Costs for reshipping items will be the customer’s responsibility.
