EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Exchanges (No Refunds or Returns)

Blancaneza does not offer refunds or returns. We only accept exchanges under the conditions below.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • In their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Customers in the UAE must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order to request an exchange.
Returned items for exchange must be delivered to us within 7 days of receipt.

⚠️ Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted.

Note: We offer free shipping on initial orders. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to sending back the item for exchange and shipping the replacement item.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry

  • Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

Our team will provide:

  • The return address

  • Step-by-step shipping instructions

Important:

  • Items must be securely packaged in their original packaging.

  • Ship using a trackable method.

  • Blancaneza does not offer pickup service. The return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.


Shipping and Exchange Fees

Customers are responsible for:

  • The cost of returning the item for exchange

  • The cost of shipping the new item

Even though we offer free shipping on original orders, exchange-related shipping fees are not included.


Exchange Steps

  1. Contact us to request an exchange.

  2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.

  4. Send us the tracking number.

  5. We will:

    • Inspect the returned item

    • Calculate the new shipping fee

    • Send you a payment link

    • Ship the replacement item once payment is received


For Customers Outside Dubai

Customers from other Emirates must follow the same exchange process and arrange return shipping independently.

⚠️ Please ensure the correct item is returned. If we receive the wrong item, additional delivery charges will apply to proceed with the exchange.


Price Differences on Exchanges

If you are exchanging for an item of:

  • Higher value: you’ll pay the difference.

  • Lower value: we’ll deduct the new shipping fee from the price difference. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

💬 Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.


Refunds and Cancellations

We do not offer refunds or order cancellations under any circumstances.
Any eligible price differences from exchanges will be handled as store credit only.


Claims for Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected and packaged. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item

  3. Send proof via email or WhatsApp

Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.


Jewelry Condition for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange, jewelry must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In perfect condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.


Payment Method Changes

We are unable to change the form of payment after an order is completed.


Address Changes

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after a shipment is in transit.
To update your delivery address, contact us before your order is shipped.
