RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Exchanges (No refunds)
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
In the UAE, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and items must be returned to us within 7 days.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return / Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@blancaneza.com or WhatsApp +971 50 253 2131. Our team will provide you with all necessary shipping details for the return.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Use a trackable shipping method for safe delivery.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted and will remain the customer's responsibility.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item.
Shipping and Additional Charges
Once we receive and verify your return, your exchanged item will be processed and shipped the next business day. If exchanging for an item of different value, you will need to pay the price difference.
*** Please note, all additional shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. While we offer free shipping on all orders, shipping fees for returns and exchanges are covered by the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the exchange item unless the item is damaged or defective. If you choose to handle the return and exchange yourself, a trackable shipping method is required.
- For customers in Dubai: We can coordinate both the return item and delivery of the exchange item, with all additional delivery costs covered by the customer. Alternatively, customers can choose to handle the process themselves.
- For customers in other Emirates: The return item must be managed by the customer. Once we receive the return item using a trackable shipping method, we will send a payment link for the exchange delivery. After payment confirmation, we will ship the exchange item.
**Please note: While we offer free shipping on all orders, customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returns or exchanges, including the costs of returning the item and shipping the new one.
** It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct item is returned. We are not liable for incorrect items sent for exchange. If we receive the wrong item, additional delivery costs will apply to continue the exchange process.
Refunds
Blancaneza does not provide refunds or order cancellations.
Any restocking fees or deductions will be clearly communicated during the return process.
Claims
All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage cases seldom occur. If you receive a damaged product, please take photos of the packaging and damaged items and contact us immediately.
Digital photos are necessary for our damage claims. Proof must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If we are not contacted within 24 hours of receiving the goods, we will not accept any claims.
Jewelry Condition
Jewelry must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition to qualify for store credit, with all original packaging included. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible.
Payment Method Changes
Blancaneza cannot change the form of payment after purchase.
Address Change Policy
It is not possible to change the delivery address once the shipment is in transit. If the customer wishes to change the delivery address, the request must be made before the delivery process begins.
Rights Reserved
Blancaneza reserves the right to deny an exchange or replacement to anyone whom we believe is taking advantage of our willingness to go above and beyond to serve our customers.
