EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges Only (No Refunds or Returns)
At Blancaneza, we do not offer refunds or returns.
However, we are happy to assist customers with exchanges, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Be returned in its original condition
• Include all original packaging and tags
Customers in the United Arab Emirates must:
• Contact Blancaneza within 24 hours of receiving the order to request an exchange
• Ensure the item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery
⚠️ Exchange requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry
• Final sale items
Exchange Fee
Blancaneza offers free shipping on the original order.
For exchanges, a flat fee of AED 35 will apply.
This fee includes:
• Pickup of the returned item from your address
• Delivery of the replacement item.

• Confirming exchange eligibility
• Scheduling the pickup
• Providing all necessary instructions
Exchange Steps
1️⃣ Contact Blancaneza within 24 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and guide you through the entire exchange process via WhatsApp or email.
3️⃣ Once the exchange is confirmed, we will schedule the pickup and send you the scheduled pickup date.
⚠️ Please ensure that you or someone on your behalf is available at the address on the scheduled date to hand over the package.
⚠️ Customers are also advised to keep their phone nearby, as the courier may call to confirm the address or pickup details.
4️⃣ Please note the following regarding the pickup service:
• Pickup time cannot be scheduled for a specific hour
• The pickups may occur between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
⚠️ Once the pickup date is scheduled, Blancaneza cannot change the date.
⚠️ If the courier arrives at the address and no one is available to hand over the packaged item, a new pickup will require an additional delivery fee.
5️⃣ We will send you the return shipping label via WhatsApp or email.
• If you have access to a printer, please print the label and attach it to the package.
• If you cannot print the label, please write the tracking number (the number located next to the barcode) clearly on the package.
6️⃣ Please ensure the item is:
• Securely packed and sealed
• Returned in the original packaging
• In perfect condition
⚠️ The package must be fully closed and sealed. The courier do not accept open packages, as the item may fall out during transport.
(Gift earrings included in the original order do not need to be returned.)
7️⃣ Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the exchange conditions.
8️⃣ After approval, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
***Please note that the courier may occasionally delay the pickup due to their internal schedule. In such cases, there is no need to worry—they will still collect the return, either on the scheduled day or the following days.
Exchange Time Limits & Payment Requirements
To remain eligible for an exchange:
• The returned item must be handed over to the courier or shipped back within 7 days of the original delivery date.
• The exchange fee must be paid within 7 days of the original delivery date.
• The pickup for the returned item must be scheduled within this 7-day period. If the final day falls on a weekend or non-business day, the pickup may be scheduled for the next business day.
If the item is not returned within this timeframe, or if the exchange fee remains unpaid after 7 days from delivery, the exchange request will be cancelled.
Prices Differences
If you exchange for an item of:
Higher value
You will need to pay the price difference.
Lower value
The remaining balance will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Important Notes
• Items must be returned in perfect condition to qualify for exchange.
• If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse, the exchange may be denied.
• Customers must ensure the correct item is returned. If the wrong item is sent, additional delivery charges may apply.
Blancaneza reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected before shipment.
If your item arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the packaging and item

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Requests submitted after 24 hours may be reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.

Tabby Orders
Orders paid using Tabby follow the same exchange policy.
Please note:
• Refunds are not available, even for Tabby orders
• Your original Tabby installment plan will continue as scheduled, even if the item is exchanged
If exchanging for:
A higher value item
The price difference must be paid via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer
A lower value item
The remaining balance will be issued as store credit
⚠️ Tabby cannot be used for exchange payments or exchange shipping fees.
Order Changes
Payment methods cannot be changed after an order is placed.
Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order has been shipped.
Please contact us before shipment if you need to update your address.
Policy Enforcement
Blancaneza reserves the right to deny any exchange request if the policy is abused or the conditions are not met.
