Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days after processing and shipping, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may experience delays.

We do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to exchange rings that do not fit or items that don't meet your expectations.

To initiate an exchange, please ensure the item(s) are returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order, in their original packaging.

Please note:

• We do not offer a pickup service for returns. Since we work with a third-party delivery company, return shipping must be arranged and handled by the customer.
